Once a Parent/Guardian enters a response on a Permission that response is locked and can't not be modified through the Portal unless reset internally. So if a parent or guardian accidentally submits the wrong response to a permission or wishes to update their response, you can reset the permission to allow for a new entry.


To do this, navigate to the Youth Member’s record and open the Permissions tab. Locate the relevant permission and click the “Reset Permission” icon (represented by a circular arrow).



Resetting the permission will re-enable it within the Parent Portal, allowing the parent or guardian to enter a new response. This ensures that consent records remain accurate and up to date.
