Within the Youth Membership module there are multiple pages that offer all the different information DonorView collects for Youth Members. Here is a list of the menu options:

 

  • Members – Displays information on your Members.
  • Guardians – Displays information on Member Guardians.
  • Emergency – Displays information on Member Emergency Contacts.
  • Medical – Displays Member Medical information.
  • Household – Displays Member household information.
  • Enrollment – Displays Member Enrollments and Payments Information.
  • Payment History - Displays detailed Payment Information for all Enrollments and Fees.
  • Upcoming Birthdays – Displays Member Age and Birthday Information.
  • Attendance – Allows you to take Club and Program attendance as well as view Attendance History for your Members.
  • Time Tracking – Displays Time Tracking information on your Members.
  • Interactions – Displays all Interactions entered about your Members.
  • Documents - Displays Member files, documents and hyperlinks.
  • Permissions - Create and manage Member Permissions.
  • Sites - Create and manage sites and clubhouses.
  • School Years - Create and manage School Years and Membership Types.
  • Program/Fees - Create and manages Programs, Sessions and Fees.
  • Coupon Setup - Create and manages Coupon Codes for used on Programs.
  • Mail Merge YM Templates - Create and manage mail merge templates for use on the main Members grid.
