You have three options for a user’s access level for Membership:

• Full Access - User will have read and write access to the Membership modules.
• No Access - User will be unable to see the Membership and Youth Membership modules
• Member Only - User will only be able to see Constituents who have Memberships
• Ready Only - User will have access to the Memberships but unable to edit or add information.

Mouse over your organization's name in the upper right corner and click "Users". This will take you to your DonorView Users page which includes a grid display all current and past users. Click on the desired User and their row will be highlighted in blue. Then mouse over the "View/Edit" menu and click "Security Settings". You will see a page with all the different DonorView Modules. For each area you can change their Access Level.
