What do I do on the Welcome Message step of the Survey Wizard?

The Welcome Message tab only appears if you have elected to distribute the survey or poll via an email on the Survey/Form Settings Tab. This step allows you to customize your message using the email editor and includes a button link to begin your survey or take the poll.
